This is the Privacy Policy of High Score Limited (“Degens”, or “us”), a company incorporated in the Union of Comoros, registration number: 15613, with its registered address at Hamchaku, Mutsamudu, Autonomes Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Degens operates the online casino www.degens.gg.

This Privacy Policy describes how we at Degens collect, use, and protect the information and data you provide us with, in order to manage our relationship with you. Each Degens customer’s information is stored securely. Access rights to this data are strictly limited to those employees and partners who need the information to perform their jobs. 3. Correction, Retention, and Deletion of Personal Data
You can ask us to correct any incorrect personal information we process about you by sending an email to support@degens.gg.
We will keep your data for as long as you are a customer of ours. If you are no longer a customer, we will keep your data for the minimum length of time required to comply with the purposes set out in this policy and relevant legal or regulatory obligations. Your Personal Data may be kept longer if we cannot delete it for technical reasons.
You can request the deletion of your personal data by sending an email to support@degens.gg. Please note that we may not be able to comply with your request at the time it is made if we are subject to a legal obligation to continue to store your data or because of technical limitations.
